Data Centers & Critical Facilities
Engineering for environments that aren't allowed to go down.
Critical facilities is its own discipline. Too often it's staffed like general building maintenance. It isn't. A critical facilities engineer is responsible for electrical infrastructure, UPS systems, standby generation, and building management systems (BMS) in an environment where an unplanned outage isn't an inconvenience, it's a client-facing incident.
We recruit for the roles that keep those environments running: engineers and operators who understand redundancy (N+1, 2N), who can read a one-line diagram, who know the difference between a static and rotary UPS, and who have sat through — or run — a commissioning (Cx) process on new mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
This is a candidate pool that doesn't show up on general job boards. Strong critical facilities talent is usually employed, rarely actively looking, and moves through direct outreach and referral far more than applications. That's the search we run: direct outreach and referral, not job-board volume.
