Maintenance Technician

Pay & shift: Not disclosed by the client — wages are set based on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Night shift, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

What you’ll do Perform repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers at a high-speed beverage production plant for Refresco — the world’s largest bottler for retailers and A-brands. Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic) and maintain production-support systems (glycol, RO, compressed air, lubrication, and chemical distribution). Work within Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards (SQF), and document completed work orders through the plant’s system.

Must-have

• Ability to read and work from machinery blueprints and parts manuals
• Working knowledge of GMPs and food safety requirements
• Ability to work independently, without direct supervision
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain one)

Nice-to-have

• 2+ years of prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

About the site A production plant for Refresco — fast-paced, high-volume beverage manufacturing. Expect a loud environment with temperature extremes; the schedule includes weekday, weekend, and overnight coverage with overtime as needed.
