What you’ll do Provide basic operation, maintenance, installation, and repair services for manufacturing systems and equipment at a wood products facility — troubleshooting, lubricating, replacing, and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Fabricate parts and assemble machinery as needed, read blueprints and schematics, and perform startup/shutdown equipment inspections. There’s room to grow into a lead role — acting as a point of contact, assisting with crew assignments, and coordinating with vendors.

Must-have

• 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of relevant experience, or successful completion of a Millwright Trainee program
• Proficiency in welding, cutting, fitting, lubrication, and troubleshooting
• Basic trade tools
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
