Plant Manager

What you’ll do Own the overall direction, control, and management of manufacturing and logistics operations. Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize line capacity and hit growth and profit targets. Set policy on schedule, quality, and cost, and oversee production planning from sales forecast through raw-material procurement. Lead new manufacturing initiatives — resource allocation, org structure, production systems — and drive plant-wide financial discipline and employee relations. Serve on the Material Review Board (MRB).

Must-have

• 10+ years of significant manufacturing experience, including work at a senior level
• Strong management and demonstrated leadership skills
• Proven track record managing budgets and financial performance
• Strong project management and strategic planning skills
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a new environment
