Production Manager

Pay & shift: $80,000–$110,000 DOE, plus 401(k) with matching, medical & dental insurance, profit sharing, and bonus eligibility. Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM.

What you’ll do Reporting to the Director of Engineering, lead the manufacturing facility’s day-to-day operations — staffing, safety, production planning, scheduling, and shop maintenance and improvements. Manage all employee-related matters (hiring, training, discipline, evaluations, policy adherence), oversee manufacturing processes to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency, and use the plant’s ERP system to keep raw materials, buyout components, and fabricated/machined parts at the right levels. Maintain compliance across safety practices, air quality regulations, and health department requirements. Drive a LEAN continuous improvement culture, hold regular one-on-ones with direct reports, and take ownership of the facility’s overall appearance and team culture.

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and knowledge
• 4+ years of plant/manufacturing leadership experience
• Demonstrated leadership managing people and deadlines
• Excellent people skills and the ability to multi-task
• Comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Computer savvy; experience with manufacturing/ERP software a plus
