Production Supervisor

Pay & shift: Not disclosed by the client — competitive, based on experience. Full-time.

What you’ll do Lead and supervise production, packaging, processing, sanitation, and warehouse teams. Plan daily operations, changeovers, and schedules using SAP. Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, sanitation, and food safety standards, and drive corrective action on quality issues and non-conforming product. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Inventory to keep the line running, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-have

• 5+ years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of packaging and processing operations
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Working knowledge of GMPs in a food manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a production-floor environment
• High school diploma or GED

Nice-to-have

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with SAP and continuous improvement (CI) tools and methodologies
